Tubanharon is an executive and consulting engineering company founded in 2015 in the city of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina (SC), Brazil, and unique in the process engineering segment accredited by CREA-SC. Process Modeling and Simulation
We specialize in the modeling and simulation of chemical, biochemical and food industry processes. The services offered include the application and/or development of software with different formats, such as standalone applications, client-server applications or customized Excel spreadsheets and MATLAB® programs.
Process Design
We evaluate the current configuration of the chemical plant and propose new flowcharts, all designed to achieve maximum efficiency in its material and energy resources, including its most valuable technical resource, its employees. Based on the PFD, Tubanharon also participates in the execution of the project in order to guarantee technical recommendations.
Equipment Sizing and Selection
We work on the detailed design of the equipment present in the production line, taking into account all the characteristics of the process, such as variables, parameters and operating conditions. Along with the PFD, the appropriate choice of equipment must meet the quality of the final product, safety and the intelligent use of resources.
Mass and Energy Balance Online
We work in the development of software capable of calculating and monitoring the mass and energy balances of industrial units, helping in the interconnection between unit operations, detection of process bottlenecks and optimization of the different stages.
